We have done our best to make buying boxes with us as hassle-free as possible. Below are a few important details which apply to all orders from our cardboard box shop.
Delivery Orders
- Delivery is available to metro Melbourne and fees are calculated at checkout
- A person must be present to accept deliveries and may need to assist with unloading the truck. If no person is present, your delivery will be returned to our factory and you will need to arrange a suitable time for pickup.
- Free delivery is available for orders over $250
Pickup Orders
- If you are outside of metro Melbourne, we kindly ask you to arrange your own courier/transport
- An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready and your courier can come collect it at the factory during business hours
Guest Checkout
- An option is available to checkout as a guest, however you will not be able to view your order history without an account
