Which box style is best for your business?

This is a great question and one that has quite a few possible answers. But, we’ll do our best to break it down into simple terms for you.

There are two main box styles that we offer with self-service design and digital printing. Each of these boxes has been designed for a specific purpose and knowing this purpose is how you can decide which box style to use. Here’s what you need to know:

Mailer Boxes

These boxes are designed for sending small or light items through the mail. They are the most popular style for eCommerce businesses, among others.

These boxes are designed for general shipping, including large or heavy items. They also work well for products kept in cool rooms or freezers, such as food and pharmaceuticals.

How to use our packaging templates

Simply download the packaging design template for the box you wish to order and start adding your brand.

All of our packaging templates feature an image of a flat box which is ready for you to add your design. This template is known as a die line – it’s the file we feed to the printer in order to make your boxes.

We recommend using Adobe Illustrator for your design program as it’s user-friendly and creates a file with the right quality for printing. When you are ready to print, there are a few extra measures to double check:
